Retired Colonel, commanded at multiple levels in the Air Force to include Flight Commander, Squadron Operations Officer, Squadron Commander, Operations Group Commander, and most recently, Air Commander of the 138th Fighter Wing, Tulsa, Oklahoma. Responsible for an annual budget in excess of $40 million and supervised over 350 full time and 1200 part time personnel. Piloted over 4300 hours in the F-16 fighter aircraft and served four combat tours in the Middle East. Developed courseware in Computed Weapons Delivery for both conventional and nuclear weapons, Air to Air munitions, Targeting Pod, and Night Vision Goggle employment. Wrote and implemented the first Computer Weapons Delivery program which was further developed and adopted Air Force wide in the early 1990s. Developed and implemented the first computerized briefing room which was adopted by the Air Force in the late 1990s.
